Hilary Ward (RYT-225) is a certified trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, certified wellness coach, and the founder of Love, Shakti, a ritual wellness practice rooted in embodiment, presence, and intentional care.

Hilary began her yoga journey in 2017 at the recommendation of a therapist to help support her own healing from childhood trauma. What began as a therapeutic tool and a way to cope, soon evolved into a lifelong practice and a way of reconnecting. Over time this personal practice grew into a calling to support others in cultivating balance, awareness and well-being in their own lives.

Informed by her training that includes study of the anatomy and alignment, her work integrates movement, stillness, mindfulness, and personal ritual to support nervous-system regulation, embodied healing, and sustainable well-being.

Her training is also rooted in a trauma-informed approach that emphasizes safety, choice, and embodied awareness—principles that shape how she works with leaders, individuals and organizations navigating stress, burnout and change.

She offers one-on-one private sessions, small group experiences, workshops, retreats and wellness space design. Each offering is shaped with care and attention—meeting people where they are and inviting a slower, more connected way of being in the body and in daily life.

Hilary’s approach is grounded, accessible, inclusive and deeply human.
